Warranty

Important back-to-base warranty notice: Kobra operates a back-to-base warranty policy for this model. The cutting head can be detached from the waste cabinet and, if service or repair is required, only the cutting head needs to be returned to the appointed UK service agent in suitable protective packaging.

The customer is responsible for arranging and initially paying the return transport cost. This cost will be reimbursed if the fault is inspected and confirmed as being covered by the warranty. We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging throughout the warranty period so that the cutting head can be returned safely if required.
